About Our Nurse Practitioner
Tori Blaylock, APRN-CNP
A compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus on providing patient-centered care, Tori’s background started with a Bachelor’s Degree in dietetics and allied health, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
She spent four years as an ER nurse, refining her ability to listen to and care for patients in their most urgent moments. In addition to working here at Pritchett Health & Wellness, Tori also works as a Nurse Practitioner at an urgent care.
Her aim is to transition into medical aesthetics and primary care, continuing her journey of fostering meaningful connections with patients and helping them achieve their health goals. Her approach to healthcare is centered on truly understanding each patient’s needs and offering personalized care with warmth and professionalism.
